FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Kohl Gianoli is the Founder & Director of Insource Automation and a specialist in workflow automation and applied AI for professional services firms.
After years working inside financial planning businesses, Kohl saw how much time was lost to manual processes, disconnected systems, and administrative overhead. He founded Insource Automation to help firms redesign how work gets done, replacing fragmented workflows with scalable automation.
While based in Melbourne, Kohl’s love for the outdoors often takes him well beyond the city limits. On weekends, he can be found hiking, fishing, cycling or alpine camping, anything that gets him off-grid and into nature.
Ahmed Shams Saif
AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Ahmed is an Automation Engineer specialising in software development, AI-driven workflows, and systems integration. With a strong foundation in software engineering and applied automation, he focuses on designing practical solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual processes for clients.
Ahmed brings experience across AI development, workflow automation, and building scalable technical solutions within complex environments. He has worked across both startup and enterprise settings, where he developed a strong interest in transforming traditional processes into efficient, technology-driven systems.
Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys staying active, exploring Melbourne’s food scene, and spending time playing soccer, gaming, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
